This project proposal aims at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age, incapable of self-service by the municipality of Kazanlak, creating conditions for the effective exercise of their right to independence and social inclusion. In this way, the project is in line with the objectives of the current scheme and those of Investment Priority No 3, Specific Objective 1 of IP 3 of Operational Programme “Human Resources Development 2014-2020”. The project is in line with the main objective of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” and contributes to improving the quality of life of people with permanent disabilities and people over 65 years of age in inability to self-service, due to the fact that it will influence the expansion of job opportunities by increasing the volume and diversity of social services provided in the community, in accordance with the individual needs of those in need and implementation of complex approaches. The aim is to improve access to basic social and health services on the basis of an individual assessment of the needs for achieving independence and social integration of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age with inability to self-service. As a result of the implementation of the activities will improve the quality of life of the identified vulnerable groups and their families. On the one hand, employment will be provided to unemployed persons of working age, which will help to reduce the unemployment rate among vulnerable groups in the municipality of Kazanlak, and on the other hand will allow people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age to choose the desired assistant.
