The project will create a Service Unit in a home environment. Domestic assistants and personal assistants will be selected, trained and appointed within 9000 hours per month, of which 18 months duration for domestic workers and 13 months duration for personal assistants to best meet the needs of persons with disabilities and elderly people with limitations or inability to self-service by providing hourly innovative social services, based on individual care plans tailored to the needs assessments.
