The project complies with the requirements set out in the Guidelines for Applicants. The essence of the project is the extension of the activities of the “Home Help” Scheme for services in a home environment. It is envisaged to provide comprehensive social services, including health services for people with disabilities and people over 65 years old, without self-service, with a view to ensuring a dignified life for those in need and preventing their social exclusion. Its implementation will improve the quality of life of the target group by creating conditions for the effective exercise of their right to independence and social inclusion and reduce the risk of dependence on institutional care. The project is in line with the objectives of OP HRD, with the aim of improving access to basic social and health services and achieving social integration of the target groups. The project also provides for job creation for people of working age who will provide the set social services — Social Assistant, Personal Assistant and Health Consultant in a home environment. The project will cover users of the services offered from all settlements in the Municipality of Knezha — Knezha and the villages of Brenitsa, Enitsa and Lazarovo.
