“Stefan Tsanov” GWP — Knezha has established its role in a number of promising areas of agriculture, agricultural machinery, plant protection and agrochemistry and opens new opportunities for young people through high-quality training. The project envisages the implementation of activities contributing to the improvement of the educational infrastructure, complete renovation, including the implementation of energy efficiency measures for the building of the Stefan Tsanov GWP in the town of Knezha to improve the educational environment and the quality of vocational training. The implementation of the project will lead to improved working and training conditions, the overall vision of the school building and ensuring equal access to quality education. The implementation of the project activities will greatly contribute to improving the quality of life and the conditions for the development of the educational process in the school and increasing the attractiveness of the area by reducing harmful emissions into the air and improving its quality. The project proposal is in line with the objectives of the Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” and in particular of Priority Axis 3 “Regional Education Infrastructure” aimed at improving the educational infrastructure of national and regional importance, providing qualifications and skills to learners related to the needs of the labour market. The project also provides for activities to improve the access of people with disabilities to the building of the school, subject to intervention, the realisation of which is a prerequisite for social inclusion and combating the isolation of this group from society.
