The project aims to contribute to the improvement of quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, as well as to the lasting integration of the most marginalised communities, including Roma through the implementation of complex integration measures and the implementation of an integrated approach in the municipality of Krivodol.Specific objectives under OP HRD aimed at supporting social inclusion:- Support integration into the labour market of marginalised groups (Section 1) through: employment mediation; motivation for active behaviour on the labour market; training on Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence” for 8 persons, providing employment for 61 persons from marginalised communities with employer Krivodol Municipality, as well as 5 persons in a newly created Community Center project.- Improving access to social and health services (Section 3) by conducting health trainings and consultations. — Development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes (Direction 4) through the construction and resource provision of a Community centre in support of vulnerable and marginalised communities in the Municipality of Krivodol, as well as public events for overcoming stereotypes, with the participation of all stakeholders.Specific objective under OP SESG: Support for social inclusion aimed at ensuring access to education and training, by working together with children, students and their parents, and all stakeholders; implementation of integration measures, such as additional training in Bulgarian language, out-of-school holidays and events, creative activities aimed at preventing school dropout, as well as measures to overcome stereotypes. A coalition of the candidate and 3 partners with rich experience and capacity for its implementation has been built. The whole community and all stakeholders shall be involved. Target group is from Roma ethnicity: 438 unemployed and inactive persons, 242 children and students and their parents.Duration: 34 months.
