Project proposal “Long-term care and dignified life for people with disabilities in the Municipality of Kyustendil” aims to provide adequate and effective social infrastructure, contributing to the provision of new quality social services for persons with disabilities in accordance with the Action Plan 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-Term Care, by:- providing infrastructure for social services in the community for persons with disabilities according to the map of resident services and the map of community support services;- improving the quality of life for full physical, emotional, cognitive development and social inclusion of each person in its natural environment;- creating conditions for independent and dignified life of persons with different forms of community support;- the creation of conditions for independent and dignified life of persons with different forms of care with their different forms of dementedness, with respect to their families and their families‘three-forms, with respect for their families and their families’ three-minded lives in their natural environment;- creating conditions for independent and dignified living for persons with disabilities and the map of community support services; — improving the quality of life for full physical, emotional, cognitive development and social inclusion of each person in its natural environment;- creating conditions for independent and dignified life of persons with different forms of community support;- the quality of life of their families with different forms of dementation, with respect to their families and their families. The sites built will create the conditions for an independent and dignified life for people with disabilities by providing quality, accessible and sustainable long-term care services tailored to the individual needs of users. Optimisation and modernisation of social infrastructure will increase the quality of life and help achieve an integrated approach to the care of people with disabilities with a clear social impact and impact.
