The project provides for the establishment of a Centre for Support of Persons with Disabilities and their Families, including with severe multiple disabilities on the territory of Kyustendil Municipality. The center will create conditions and conditions for investment in complex integrated measures aimed at improving access to social and health services for persons with disabilities, including with severe multiple disabilities, as well as providing support for their families who care for these persons. The Center will provide comprehensive services and quality care for persons with disabilities, including severe disabilities, through support for development and comprehensive service to these persons and their families. In parallel, carers of dependent family members will receive support through measures related to facilitating their access to the labour market and their return to the real labour market, as well as psychological support. The Support Centre for persons with disabilities and their families, including with severe multiple disabilities, will provide replacement care, day care, half-day and hourly services such as care, rehabilitation, therapy, counselling, information and support, including their home caregivers, mobile services and other supporting activities, according to the specifics and needs of the target group.
