The project proposal provides for:-a complete renovation of the educational institution, in accordance with the findings and prescriptions in the technical passport and the reports thereto and the prescribed EJN in accordance with the regulatory and minimum requirements for energy efficiency.-repair of classrooms, study rooms and laboratories, according to the specifics of the educational establishment — study and design change the purpose of the third floor of the east wing of the educational building for the establishment of a student dormitory for up to 60 persons (trained in PGVM-Lovech), through the reconstruction of existing classrooms in bedrooms, sanitary and hygienic rooms and service areas of the school; repair of the gymnasium and the ensuing changing rooms;- delivery of furnishing of dormitory and equipment of a kitchen block;- rehabilitation of the yard space.The specific measures for the overall modernisation of the SGVM will become clear after the preparation of the investment project and the detailed AC and CSS. Given the large area of the school’s area of 8899sq.m. and the presence of additional buildings — garages, old warehouses and stables, a complete renovation is foreseen only on buildings where only educational services are offered — the school building, the gymnasium and part of the courtyard on which sports fields are located. Therefore, the buildings are not subject to the project proposal:- garages and workshops to them, which are in good condition and — warehouses and stables — with no need, are not used for years, are compromised and are not recoverable. PGVM Lovech has a training farm near the city, with an area of 150 decares. It builds a farm, clinic and pharmacy to ensure the practical training of trainees.
