A project for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multi-apartment residential buildings (MZS) is included in the Investment Programme for the implementation of IPDR in Lovech. With its implementation, EE measures will be applied to 7 MZhS located within the construction boundaries of Lovech, which meet the eligibility criteria under the procedure:-MZhS of 3 G.S. Rakovski Str.; MZh at “Targovska” Str. 86; MZhS at 20 G.S.Rakovski Str., No 24 and No 26-3 buildings connected with construction-architectural ensemble; MJS on Gen Street. Skobelev 26, “Skobelev” and-MZhS on St. St. St. Cyril and Methodius No 6 “Summer”. Activities are planned to be carried out on:-implementation of the most effective package of energy-saving measures prescribed in audits;-measures to ensure an accessible environment;-the constructional restoration of buildings, agreed mandatory measures in the technical audit;-measures to restore the initial state after the interventions.With the implementation of the envisaged measures, a transition to a higher EE class will be ensured and will contribute to the achievement of the national objectives: 25 % higher EE by 2020, improving the quality of life of building occupants, improving the performance of buildings, extending their lifespan and improving the quality of the environment. The expected results are: a higher level of EE of the MAC and reduced energy costs;-improvement of performance to extend the life cycle of buildings; —providing adequate sustainable development criteria, accessible living environment.The main activities to be implemented during the project are: organisation and management, information and publicity measures, engineering, (design, approval of investment projects and issuance of building permit, execution of construction works and author’s supervision), construction supervision, commissioning of the sites and auditing.
