The main needs of Lovech Municipality in the field of social housing provision are related to:-The bad state of the social infrastructure facilities in Lovech municipality;- The low level of energy efficiency of social housing;-The lack of accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities to the dwellings;- Spatial segregation of the inhabitants of social housing in the municipality; The main task of this project proposal is to meet precisely these needs of the municipality. In the process of project preparation, the following 3 target groups were identified:-Homeless people and/or those living in very poor living conditions; Parents with children, including minor parents, large families, children with ill health and disabilities;-People at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The main objective of this project proposal is to increase the quality of life and social inclusion of marginalised groups living in the municipality of Lovech. Other results that this project proposal will achieve are:-Improving the physical and technical base of the social infrastructure in the municipality;- Termination of the processes of segregation of the population living in social housing in the municipality;-Improving the conditions for accessible environment for people with disabilities;-Increasing energy efficiency and achieving energy consumption class “B” in the building subject to intervention;-Providing adequate social infrastructure for the accommodation of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of the population. Besides project management activities and information and publicity, the project will include the following main activities:1. Construction works of a five-storey dormitory in Goznitsa district; 2. Carrying out construction supervision on the site of intervention;3. Carrying out author’s supervision for the subject of intervention;4. Supply of furniture and equipment;5. Carrying out an independent financial audit.
