Projects for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multi-apartment residential buildings (MZS) are included in the Investment Programme for the implementation of the ILUCF of Lovech. With the implementation of the specific project, EE measures will be applied to 5 MZh, located within the construction boundaries of Lovech, which meet the eligibility criteria under the procedure:-MZS on Patre Street. Evtimii No 6, ZhSK “V. Levski”-MZhS at 39 and 41 Tsacho Shishkov Str., “V.Levski”-MZhS at Gen. Str. Skobelev No. 6-MJS on Gen. Skobelev No 8, Meddicus-MoS at 42A and 50 Tsacho Shishkov Str. The need to be met through the implementation of the project is: providing better living conditions for the residents of the Ministry of Railways, improved thermal comfort and ensuring a higher quality of the living environment.The target groups are the owners’ associations (CC) of the Ministry of Railways in which the owners of independent sites in the Ministry of Railways are members, in particular the owners of independent sites in the 5 MZhM, including owners of homes and businesses, as well as persons visiting the homes and businesses. The specific objective of the PP is to increase the energy efficiency in the residential sector in Lovech. The expected results of the implementation of the project are: — a higher EE level of the LGE and the reduction of energy costs;-improvement of performance to extend the life cycle of buildings; —providing adequate sustainable development criteria, accessible living environment.The main activities to be implemented during the project are: organisation and management, information and publicity measures, engineering (design, execution of construction and installation works and author’s supervision), assessment of the conformity of investment projects and carrying out construction supervision, commissioning of the sites and auditing.
