The project proposal will for the first time apply the principle of “youth guarantee” on the territory of the municipality with specific opportunities for young people aged 15-29 who are not engaged in employment, education and training. At the heart of the project is a complex approach — from searching and identifying young people to providing a quality specific offer (education, training or employment). The implementation of the project is foreseen in partnership with the Centre for Vocational Training at the Scientific and Technological Union — Pleven, with license No 200712487. The project includes: — identifying economically inactive young people up to and including 29 years of age who are not in education or training and activating them to enter the labour market — this activity will apply an innovative approach, combining the NP “Activating Inactive Persons” with the Activation Methodology, while respecting the prevention of overlapping activities, representatives of the target groups and double funding. The activity will carry out an information campaign in two phases: information-knowledge and information-organizational, with field survey. As a result of the activity is envisaged identification of 100 economically inactive young people.- Motivational trainings for active job search — this activity will be implemented by the partner, given that the activity is key for the project — motivation is the most important factor for this target group, on the one hand, and the partner’s experience in similar activities — on the other. Trainings for professional qualification for 55 persons in landscaping and floriculture, Worker in the production of culinary products in restaurants and entertainment, Basic and finishing works, Tour guide — Recruitment of 81 persons targeted for 6 months in the positions: landscaper, cleaner/hygienist, gardener, kitchen assistant, maintenance worker, tourist guide.
