This project proposal aims at promoting transnational cooperation between the Municipality of Pavlikeni and the Municipality of Melide and La Banya, Spain through transfer and introduction of social innovations, exchange of good practices and finding common solutions in the field of labour market, combating poverty and social exclusion. The target group includes 20 persons who are economically inactive people outside education and training, including discouraged persons; jobseekers and disadvantaged groups in the labour market. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the following activities have been selected and planned for implementation, namely: 1.Preparation of specific analyses and studies of the experience of the Spanish municipalities of La Banya and Melide 2. Adaptation and validation of identified social innovations3.Increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate good practices and innovative approaches through the organisation of seminars and a working discussion to promote exchange of experience, exchange of information, good practices and innovative approaches between partners and other stakeholders.4. Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of its innovative elements5. Dissemination activities6. Organisation and management activities7. The implementation of innovations will contribute to solving some of the main problems and trends in the country, such as long-term unemployment, the clear trend towards population ageing and difficulties in finding employment opportunities experienced by the unemployed.
