This project will ensure: Accessible, high-quality and sustainable services for children and elderly people at risk, people with disabilities and their families; Opportunities for access to the labour market for economically inactive people, respectively improving their quality of life and their full inclusion in society. Through the introduction of complex actions, in the municipality of Pavlikeni will improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups, access to social services in the community and the labour market; The opportunities for social inclusion and independent living of employees will be expanded. Trainings for acquiring knowledge and skills for providing an innovative social service will increase their professional skills and motivation. The activities are of great importance to the municipality, as people at risk and those with disabilities are a predominant part of the population; there are no prospects and opportunities for their re-socialisation, alternative services are not developed and rely only on their relatives. Career guidance and counselling and improving access to career development services for carers of dependent family members, encouraging their participation in the labour market, motivating and resuming work will be organised; training on Digital Competence and Vocational Training for the Career and will give priority to people with disabilities. They will be included in the staff of an innovative community social service by setting up a mobile support team in a home environment. This will provide work for economically inactive persons, including persons with disabilities as carers, and will provide the necessary complex social services for vulnerable groups in the municipality.
