The project covers activities to improve the social situation of people from vulnerable groups on the territory of the municipality of Pavlikeni. Important factors in reducing unemployment in the municipality are motivating people to seek employment, up-skill them and provide sustainable jobs. The project activities provide for the organisation of motivational training for 15 people, which will make it easier for trained people to navigate the labour market for job search, as well as to acquire skills for preparing applications. Training on key competence 4 “Digital Competence” will be provided to 10 target groups. Municipality of Pavlikeni, as an employer, will employ 8 target groups, 3 of whom will be assigned to an expert post with support activities and/or an accountant for 6 months full-time, and 5 of them to the post of gardener for 12 months full-time. To this end, the 3 persons will receive training in key competence 4 “Digital Competence” and the 5 persons will receive training for part of a professional qualification in the profession of greener, specialty “Colorry”. The purchase of equipment and furnishings is envisaged to create efficient jobs.
