With the preparation of the project proposal "Disclosure of social service "Center for street children" (CRC) under procedure BG05M9OP001-2.29 "Integrated actions for sustainable urban development" the intervention under OP HRD will be combined with the projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 under OPRG 2014-2020 group of activities "Social Infrastructure" with complementary support through "soft" measures — detection and operation of "RCD" Sotz will be opened in an existing building, which will be renovated, equipped and furnished under Priority Axis 1 of OPPRD. The project proposal “Disclosure of social service CDC” will be implemented within 18 m, with the following activities: Selection and recruitment of personnel involved in the CDC service; Training and supervision of staff to provide the service; Disclosure and operation of the CDC service. A management team of four people will be appointed to carry out the project activities. Information campaigns will be carried out to promote the project, one at start and one at closure. Information materials complying with the requirements of the Beneficiary Single Manual will be produced. With the opening of the CDC, social services will be provided for a maximum of 1 year for a child, related to the protection and support of children at social risk through the provision of day-to-day care. It will ensure equal access for every child to the overall network of health, social and educational services. The capacity of the CDC will be 30 seats. The target group includes children from 7 to 14 years old and are: children from socially disadvantaged families; children living permanently or partially on the street; children not covered or dropped out of the education system; children from families with reduced parental control; socially neglected children. The users will be mainly from the settlements of the municipality, with spare capacity children from settlements in the district will be accepted. A car will be purchased for the needs of the social service.
