In the modern conditions of health-demographic and economic crisis and unreformed health and education system, the need to introduce alternative social services aimed at sustainable and lasting overcoming of high concentration of economic, natural and social problems is exacerbated. The procedure will support and complement the project under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of integrated plans for urban rehabilitation and development 2014-2020” under OPRD. In the Municipality of Pazardzhik, a social infrastructure for the service “Visit” for adults will be built under the procedure. With the preparation of the present project proposal in the Municipality of Pazardzhik will be combined with an intervention under OP HRD to support the actual provision of social services with complementary support through “soft” measures — detection and operation of social service “House” for adults. The service is included in the National Map of Social Services and the Annual Plan of the Municipality of Pazardzhik. The social service “House” for adults will be opened in a newly built, equipped and furnished building under OP RD in the town of Pazardzhik, with a capacity of 25 seats. The target group will be persons over 18 years old, left without shelter, drumans and people without relatives and support from relatives. To manage, organise and report the project proposal, a team of three people will be formed — Manager — 1, Accountant — 1, Human Resources and Technical Assistant -1. Through selection, a team of five people will be appointed to manage the social service “Visit” for adults as follows: Manager -1, social worker -1, nurse -1, hygienist and working kitchen -1. Consumers will receive food — breakfast and dinner provided by a catering company. Information materials will be prepared to promote the project, two press conferences will be held — initial and final.
