Energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in the town of Pernik — Stage 1

Projects for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multi-apartment buildings (MZMs) are included in the Investment Programme for the implementation of the ILUP of Pernik. The project proposal provides for renovation, renovation, renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures of 6 MAS on the territory of the town of Pernik, namely: 1.gr. Pernik, Renault, Struma Str., bl. 42, Ent. A and B2 Pernik, Hard Livadi, bl. 423.Pernik, Petko Karavelov Str., bl. 25, Ent. A and B4.Pernik, Otets Paisii Str., bl.61,Vh.A and B5.Pernik, Struma Str., bl.28, Ent. A, B and V6.Pernik, Petko Karavelov Str., bl. 15, Ent. A and B Necessity, which will be satisfied through the implementation of the project: providing better living conditions for residents of MOS, improved thermal comfort, improved appearance of buildings and ensuring a higher quality of the living environment. Target groups are the owners’ associations of the Ministry of Railways in which the owners of independent sites in the Ministry of Railways are members, in particular the owners of independent sites in the 6 MZhM, including owners of homes and businesses, as well as persons visiting the dwellings and business premises. The specific objective of the project proposal (PP) is to increase the energy efficiency in the residential sector in the town of Pernik. The expected results of the implementation of the project are: a higher level of EE of the Ministry of Railways and the reduction of energy costs;-improvement of the performance to extend the life cycle of buildings;ensuring adequate with sustainability criteria, accessible living environment.The main activities to be implemented during the project are: Organisation and management of the project; Organisation and procurement; Engineering/design, author’s supervision and construction works/; Engineering (design, construction works and AN); Carrying out construction supervision and assessment of the conformity of the project; Publicity and visualisation and audit of the project.
