The project Renovation of Cultural Infrastructure in UP III, sq.208: House “Br. Miladinovi”- Petrich provides for the implementation of renovation activities of the Chitalishte “Br. Miladinovi”, which will provide a more attractive and accessible cultural environment for all citizens and guests of the town of Petrich. Chitalishte “Br. Miladinovi” is located in the city center and has the potential to develop a variety of functions and interactions with both the surrounding area and with established and popular contemporary arts and creative industries. The activities envisaged by the project are aimed at the overall modernisation of the building stock, functionality and implementation of energy and resource efficiency measures. The project proposal includes:- construction and installation activities for the renovation of the existing building stock;- delivery and installation of equipment and furnishing;- design and performance of author’s supervision during construction;- construction supervision during construction;- information and communication measures;- project management and financial audit activities. The project is part of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of Petrich, Impact Zone with public functions of high public importance (SV I) — Project group ZV I — 4 Renovation of cultural sites. The project is in the list of the main projects of the Investment Programme, which brings out the priority intervention sites for Petrich Municipality for the period 2014-2020. The financing of the project will be done through combined support — FI, grant and own contribution.
