The project proposal is in line with the specific objectives set under the “Independent Life” procedure. The project envisages activities aimed at a decentralised model for the provision of services in a family environment and the creation of new jobs. In pursuit of the objectives set, the project will implement activities that will be aimed entirely at creating a Unit for the provision of social services in the home environment on the territory of the Municipality of Radomir, providing employment, development of the social economy and providing opportunities for social inclusion of the persons involved in the project — users of services and employed persons in the social enterprise. The following social services will be provided in the newly created unit: •Provision of hourly services for personal assistance to the needy; •Provision of hourly utility services to the needy; • Provision of hourly services to support the social inclusion of people in need; • Provision of health services to those in need. A total of 50 persons will get the opportunity for employment and professional realisation. The project is designed to care for 63 users. The activity of the social enterprise will increase the social activity of both the users of the services and the employees. The implementation of the project will allow to upgrade the already existing social services and the possibility to provide new ones. The range of services specifically targeted at older people, lonely people and people with disabilities will be expanded. Security will be provided to the target group using the services. The created Unit and its functioning will enable efficient services to be planned and decentralised.
