The project proposal implements an integrated approach to solve some of the problems of vulnerable groups defined on the territory of the Municipality of Radomir. It provides for the creation of a Social Enterprise for Landscaping and Public Works, which will develop landscaping and development activities on the territory of the municipality of Radomir, which will consist of cleaning and maintenance of green areas, public parks, gardens, roadside and landscaping, decorative wood, shrub and grass vegetation, including park elements, playgrounds located in Radomir. On employment contract will be appointed 14 people from risky social groups and 5 employees of the enterprise, who will use municipal property premises after being renovated. Equipment, materials and consumables will be purchased to secure the activities of the Social Enterprise. Training is foreseen for the appointed representatives of the target groups. The start of the activities of the Social Enterprise will support the process of integration into the labour market of persons from risk groups. The investment in the project has a pronounced social impact on people from vulnerable groups, as it will contribute to the inclusion of human capital in the economy of the municipality and will ensure the improvement of their quality of life. The activities within the social enterprise under the project are linked to inclusion in the working and social life, through forms of specialised employment, enabling the creation of basic social and labour skills of the target group. This will help Radomir Municipality to cope adequately with the needs of risky and vulnerable groups, which will also lead to optimisation of the social spending of the Municipality.
