The project proposal implements an integrated approach to solve some of the problems of vulnerable groups defined on the territory of the Municipality of Radomir. It provides for the employment of targeted unemployed persons to carry out work activities that require the use of manual labour at various municipal sites, carrying out both basic and finishing activities. 20 people from at-risk social groups will be employed under an employment contract. Materials and consumables will be purchased to secure the activity. Training is foreseen for the approved representatives of the target groups. The implementation of the project will support the process of integration into the labour market of persons from the risk groups. The project investment has a pronounced social impact vis-à-vis the target group, as it will contribute to the inclusion of human capital in the economy of the municipality and will ensure the improvement of their quality of life. The activities of the project are linked to inclusion in the working and social life through a form of employment enabling the creation of basic social and labour skills of the target group. This will help Radomir Municipality to cope adequately with the needs of risky and vulnerable groups, which will also lead to optimisation of the social spending of the Municipality.
