The project includes interventions of 5 buildings and their yards from the educational infrastructure of the city of Ruse. The sites subject to the project proposal are located in the impact zones of the Ruse IHLG, approved by the MA of the OPRD. In Zone A are objects: Repair of “Baba Tonka” MG, including the construction of sports grounds and landscaping in the adjacent yards; — Repair of High School “Hristo Botev”, including the construction of sports grounds and landscaping in the adjacent yards, and in Area B: — Main renovation of “Pinocchio” 1 school and its adjacent yard with implementation of energy efficiency measures; major renovation of Pinocchio 2 and its adjacent yard space with implementation of energy efficiency measures;- Main renovation of Ruseka 2 and its adjacent yard area with implementation of energy efficiency measures. For all sites there is a complete reconstruction of the respective buildings and adjacent yards. An accessible built environment is provided, including for people with disabilities. The interventions are entirely on buildings and properties — municipal property. The main activities of the project are related to the implementation of the construction works for the complete renovation of school buildings and yards, author’s and construction supervision, accompanying activities related to information and communication, auditing and project management. The activities envisaged in the project proposal have full project readiness and are based on TYPE, in accordance with the ZUT, Ordinance No 4 on the scope and content of the investment projects, accompanied by detailed KSC, agreement with the necessary operating companies and competent institutions, SAI and in force building permits. Once all the construction works within the project have been implemented, the sites will be put into operation.
