The project proposal is related to the construction of social housing in order to provide modern housing for the accommodation of vulnerable, minority and socially disadvantaged groups and other disadvantaged groups. When building this type of housing, spatial integration of the representatives of marginalised communities as a whole must be ensured and must not contribute to their segregation, isolation and exclusion. The building in which social housing will be divided consists of two adjoined, but functionally separated bodies. Each of them will have a separate entrance, common, storage and residential premises. The volume-spatial solution of the whole building provides for the execution of 4 above-ground and 1 underground level. The roof is flat, warm with the corresponding insulation coatings. In total there will be 28 apartments — seven per floor, of which 20 two-, 6 three- and 2-bedroom apartments. Some of them have the possibility of using people with motor problems and for this purpose an elevator is foreseen for each staircase. In the basement are located basements to the apartments and techn. In structural terms, the building will be monolithic, with reinforced concrete construction. The fence and partition walls will be executed by brickwork and aerated concrete blocks respectively. Externally on the facades the necessary thermal insulation is laid, with a finish coating mineral plaster. The building is designed for cold and hot water, heating and electrical installation, alarm system, video surveillance and fire alarm system. For each individual subscriber there is a water meter, heat meter and electricity meter. A natural gas fuel boiler shall be used to produce the required amount of heat for heating and LPG. Separately for the year-round heating of BGW, a system of solar collectors will be located on the roof of the building. Car parking and facilities are provided for outdoor activities in the inner court.
