Mentoring for the members of the target group, in particular Roma, with a view to improving the chances and opportunities on the labour market in the longer term and entering/re-entering the programme(s). In the framework of the EFOP 1.3.2-16 project, the target group (40,000 persons reached) will be searched and mentored for 8000 people reached, of which the professional advice and mentoring of our qualified professional mentors, with the involvement of our partners, 70 %, i.e. 5600 people, will be included in the programmes. To make our mentors more effective, we have put together professional trainings. The selection of mentors should take into account that at least 3 Roma mentors (minimum 50 % female) per county must have at least secondary education and 2 years’ traineeship. In the selection of mentor coordinators, it is expected that the 10 Roma mentor coordinators (at least 50 % women) must have a higher education degree and 3 years of relevant social inclusion/equal opportunities. In addition, it is necessary to prove that they have a permanent or temporary place of residence in the given county, that they claim to be part of the Roma community or know the Roma culture or the language of Roma — Lovári or Beás, and that they also have professional experience in the field of Roma integration. The selection of mentors and mentor coordinators should take place in the first year. In addition to the conditions for their selection, we considered it important that the beneficiary districts (Decree 290/2014) (XI. (26) Government Decree on the classification of beneficiary districts) in the counties concerned. After their selection, they learn the knowledge that makes their work more effective through professional training. 3 30 hours of professional training will help them prepare. 1. Vocational training in employment (It aims to ensure that mentors are well informed about current labour laws, rules, opportunities.) 2. It professional training (The purpose of this training is to use IT tools for communication, execution of tasks and reports.) 3. Professional training in public life (The aim of this training is to make flexible contact with governmental, municipal, professional, institutional and civil partners, as well as regular contacts.) The experience of previous developments is that the effective access of the target group with various disadvantages, especially the Roma community, is very limited in the targeted development aimed at the specific disadvantaged and disadvantaged areas. Personal support provided by mentors is of paramount importance in order to assist Roma participants in the programme, to maintain them in a stable way and to successfully complete them. It is particularly important to focus on areas with a higher Roma population. The flagship project will be supported under priority axis EFOP 1, which is entitled “Cooperative Society” and has the following milestones: • To promote active inclusion, including the creation of opportunities and active participation, and to improve employability • The socio-economic integration of marginalised communities such as the Roma.
