The general objective of the project is to prevent social exclusion and reduce poverty among children from the municipality of Smolyan by providing integrated early childhood development services aimed at children up to 7 years of age. The specific objectives we set in the implementation of the project are:1. Improving access for early children to quality health care and increasing their school readiness for inclusion in the education system.2. Enhancing the capacity of the targeted parents by developing responsible parental skills and improving the family environment, with a view to reducing intergenerational transmission of poverty.3. Preventing the abandonment and institutionalisation of children with disabilities from the municipality of Smolyan by building skills in parents for their upbringing, supported by the necessary professionals.4. Upgrade of the integrated services for social inclusion in Smolyan municipality, successfully created under the Social Inclusion Project, funded by Loan 7612BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.The activities foreseen for the successful implementation of the project proposal are: Activity 1.
