The project “Solidarity” aims at quality social integration of adults and people with disabilities while respecting their individual needs and desires to achieve an independent and fulfilling life. The establishment and sustainable development of a Center for hourly provision of services in a home environment is planned, which will provide social, health and psychological support to 24 adults and 36 people with disabilities (including 6 children). The Centre will be recruited and trained in the following composition: 1 social worker, 1 medical worker, 1 health assistant, driver, 15 personal assistants, 8 domestic workers. The team will be provided monthly supervision and psychological counseling. The following activities will be carried out: 1.Organisation, management and reporting of the project; 2.Current repair of the material base. Supply of equipment and office equipment. Purchase of a specialised means of transport for people with disabilities; 3.Information and publicity; 4. Training of the staff of the Center for hourly presentation of services in a home environment. Providing psychological support, counselling and supervision to staff. Development of the operating rules of the Center for hourly provision of social services in the home environment. 5.Selection and assessment of the needs of persons wishing to use services in a home environment. Conclusion of contracts with consumers; 6.Provision of hourly health and social services in a home environment according to individual needs and desires. Motivational and psychological support to service users.
