The present project proposal provides for the implementation of measures that contribute to achieving a higher level of energy efficiency and reducing the energy consumption in residential buildings Bl. “Vazhod 3” and “Vazod 4” town of Tutrakan. A major problem in multi-apartment buildings is low energy efficiency. Investments in energy efficiency measures, in addition to energy saving effects, will serve as an example of good practice at local level and will encourage the implementation of similar measures financed from both the national budget and other sources. The measures will also have an additional effect as they will ensure the cost-effective operation of the residential building, allowing the sustainable continuation of management and maintenance.
