By implementing the project proposal for engineering, a treatment plant will be built and the sewerage network in Tutrakan will be completed. The depreciated water supply network will be replaced on the streets on which reconstruction and construction of the sewerage network will be carried out. The main activities included in the project are: preparation of procurement documents for the purposes of the project, in accordance with the amended public procurement regulations; implementation of design and construction activities under a project: “Investment project for construction of UWTP and completion of sewerage network in Tutrakan”; construction and author’s supervision and at their completion will be supplied equipment for the newly built infrastructure. According to the Beneficiary’s Single Manual on the application of the rules for information and communication of projects financed under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, an information campaign will be carried out to ensure publicity of the project. The overall organisation and management of the project will be carried out both by a team of Tutrakan Municipality and through external experts (PPA procedure for technical assistance).
