Investing in early childhood care is a key prerequisite for providing opportunities for the best start in the lives of all children, promoting their full personal development, and breaking the intergenerational transmission of poverty. It is crucial to develop innovative integrated early childhood development services to help prevent the abandonment of children and provide opportunities for raising in a family environment. Investing in early childhood reduces the costs of the health, education and social system to deal with problems at a later stage. The project aims to provide services covering all necessary support for the child in order to realise the child’s right to survival, protection and care to ensure the child’s best development. Services and support are individualised and based on the child’s strengths. The aim is to introduce an integrated approach to childcare, focusing on early childhood risk prevention and early intervention. As a result, every child’s right to life and the opportunity to realise its potential will be ensured, helping to eliminate disadvantages as a main way to combat poverty. To this end, the following services will be implemented: • Early intervention of disabilities. • Individual pedagogical support for children with disabilities. • Providing psychological support and counselling to future and present parents for the formation and development of parental skills; Family counselling and support; Individual and group work with children and parents, including children and parents, who are not from vulnerable groups, in order to attend a kindergarten. • Support for providing health counselling and disease prevention activities. • Additional pedagogical preparation to increase the school readiness of children for equal start in school. • Management and functioning of the services. •
