This project proposal is in full compliance with the Investment Programme and the implemented policy of Haskovo Municipality for higher energy efficiency and direct reduction of final energy consumption, improvement of mobility of people with disabilities and indirect reduction on greenhouse gases. The Haskovo Regional Administration building was located in the city center and was built before 1987. It houses almost all state structures, making it extremely important for the population. Energy efficiency measures for the building need to be implemented, given that the property is divided into: — Haskovo Regional Administration — public state property;- Haskovo Municipality — private municipal property;- MRDPW — public state property. For this purpose there is a partnership agreement between the three institutions.The project is planned to carry out the following activities:1. Organisation and management of the project;2. Energy efficiency and technical audits of the building of Haskovo Regional Administration;3. Introduction of energy efficiency measures — engineering; 4. Carrying out conformity assessment of investment projects and carrying out construction supervision;5. Project audit;6. Implementation of the measures for publicity and visualisation of the project.The project also includes measures aimed at improving access for people with disabilities, in accordance with Ordinance No 4 of 01.07.2009.By carrying out all activities, the energy consumption class “A+” will be achieved in the administrative building of Haskovo Regional Administration.Total value of the project 1 994 533.88 BGN.
