“Support to the Intermediate Body and the management of the investment programme for the implementation of the Shumen IHLG”

The project includes the following main activities:1. Updating the financial management and control system with a view to implementing and managing the investment programme of the Municipality of Shumen in relation to its functions under grant award procedure BG16RFOP0011.001039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 20142020”; 2. Remuneration of the team for the implementation of the investment programme under the procedure BG16RFOP0011.001039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 20142020;3. Remuneration of the Intermediate Body team for the implementation of procedure BG16RFOP0011.001039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020; 4. Hiring of external evaluators and assistant assessors for the evaluation of project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP0011.001039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Rehabilitation and Development Plans 2014-2020”; 5. Participation in programmes for the exchange of experience and good practices; 6. Publicity and visualisation costs;7. Project management.The project includes a financial plan with justification of the necessary funds and their distribution. Through the implementation of the activities, the Municipality of Shumen will increase its capacity as a local authority responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development (IUHLRD) and the investment programme for the implementation of the IHLG as an intermediate body and beneficiary of grants under procedure BG16FROP0011.001.039. As a result of its implementation, the Municipality of Shumen will have the SFC, with the added element “System for management and control of the activities of the Intermediate Body under OPRD”, the implementation of the investment programme for the achievement of the interim and final objectives will be monitored and monitored, the functioning of the Ministry of Health will be secured, training and information will be provided in relation to the new functions of the Municipality.
