A project proposal provides for the development of an Ambient Air Quality (AQQ) Programme. In this regard, it will be carried out:- gathering the available information relating to the AAQ assessment and management process;- a study and analysis of the completeness of the available information; — if necessary, collect and analyse the necessary additional information relating to the evaluation and management of AAQ;- comprehensive assessment of AAQs in the municipality for evaluation and management; — analysis of the causes of exceedances of AAQ standards;- analysis of already planned and/or implemented measures to improve AAQ;- dispersion modelling of pollution prevalence and contribution of individual emission sources carried out for the base year, including analysis of modelling results; — formulation of measures and/or projects to improve AAQs in the short, medium and long-term perspective;- predictive modelling of the impact of measures on pollutant levels (PM10) for the respective target (end) year of the programme, based on the scenario developed to achieve the norms;- predictive modelling of the impact of measures on pollutant levels (PM10) for an intermediate year, in the case of programmes with an action plan greater than or equal to five years;- quantitative indicators of the impact of future measures on pollutant levels/annual emission reduction as a result of the implemented measure (tonne/year); estimated costs and sources of funding for the implementation of the measures in the action plan of the programme;- preparation of a preliminary version of the AAQ programmes and coordination with the respective RIOSV, stakeholders and environmental organisations or movements;- preparation of the final version of the AAQ programmes. The proposal also includes accompanying activities such as project management, publicity, eco-procedures.
