“The way to the future” — Integrated programmes for children in the Serencsi district and in the settlements of Sóstófalva and Újcsanálos

According to the relevant legislation, the organisation applying for support shall maintain a family and child welfare centre suitable and authorised to carry out activities for the purposes of the project. The organisation applying for funding has the professional experience necessary to achieve the objectives of the call. The existence of available human resources and infrastructure conditions in MT will be described in detail, with a detailed and robust action plan. The organisational conditions required for the implementation of the project are in place. The experience and suitability of the project management and professional manager have been demonstrated in an informed manner. The objectives of the project are in line with the policy environment and the specific objectives set out in the call. The target group has been properly defined and the methodology for reaching and involving the target group has been described in detail. The objectives are tailored to the needs of the target group and the local ones. The long-term follow-up of the project has been presented. Synergistic links between the developments within the project and the services in the district have been presented. Only eligible activities are included in the grant application and the project proposal includes all mandatory activities. The planned services are fully compliant with the specifications of the methodological guidance annexed to the call. The activities needed to achieve the results have been described in detail and the planned activities are necessary to achieve the objectives. The planned activities will contribute to the achievement of quantifiable results. The relevant chapter of the MT shows how the target values of the committed indicators are met. The timetable for action is well-founded, the timing of each activity is appropriate and its inter-functionality is ensured. The planned activities reinforce each other and reflect a view of complexity. The coherence and development of objectives, activities and related indicators have been adequately described. The risk analysis is relevant and complete. The costs included in the budget plan have been described in detail and are technically justified and necessary to achieve the objectives. Budget lines are cost-effective. Compliance with the maintenance obligations laid down in the call has been demonstrated. The utilisation of the results of the development was presented during the maintenance period. Financial sustainability has also been presented. Interventions are carried out with the involvement of parents. The municipalities involved in the implementation have Local Equal Opportunities Programmes. Interventions fully contribute to the reduction and elimination of living and socio-cultural disadvantages. Interventions are carried out in cooperation with local institutional actors. Interventions also cover the age group 0-3 years old. The applicant complies with environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project; it preserves the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project, and eliminates the environmental damage or damage caused by the project and the non-compliance with the law in terms of equal opportunities at the latest at the time of the implementation of the project. In public events, communication and behaviour related to development, the need for support is expressed as a sense of opportunity: it does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups.
