Development of human services in the Csepreg micro-region

The primary objective of the consortium set up for the implementation of this project is to support the implementation of the measures planned to improve the situation of the target groups of the local local equality programmes (HEP), complementing and reinforcing the achievement of the objectives of other human sector development programmes. We also aim to reduce territorial disparities linked to social inclusion and improve access to human public services. The settlements of our consortium applying for support are located in Vas county, the district of Kőszeg. The consortium leader is the city of Bük. The population of the city is 3453 people based on data from the first month of 2016. The other members of the consortium of five members are the village of Bő with 678 people, the village of Gór with 301 people, the village of Chernelházadamonya with 201 people and the village of Tompaládony with 315 people. All settlements are located at a distance of up to ten kilometres from the city of Bük, which can bring many benefits in organising and organising events in the competition. The concept in the consortium was compiled and defined taking into account the proportion of the population. The implementation sites of the project are located in the district of the bet, which is 290/2014 on the classification of the beneficiary districts. (XI. 26) is considered to be a beneficiary district on the basis of Government Decree No 26/2001. Inspired by this, we consider it even more important to be able to participate in the competition. Just like the whole country, our district is subject to territorial and social differences. Thus, there are also significant differences between the members of the consortium. In order to solve this problem, which is extremely important to us, we consider the possibilities of the application to be outstanding. Therefore, our aim is to reduce these differences as much as possible, and to plan and implement a development programme capable of finding solutions to the problems of equal opportunities that have arisen. We consider it a further goal to catch up in society, reduce territorial disparities and improve access to quality human public services. In line with the call for proposals, the two-year implementation has been divided into four main milestones. Each milestone will summarise different periods of time and include both permanent and periodic activities. The four milestones are distributed as follows: — Milestone I: it will run from the start of implementation, i.e. from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018, in which we undertake to implement activities for this period and to launch permanent activities such as project management or publicity. — Milestone II: this period includes a slightly shorter time interval, where we undertake to organise and carry out the activities in question until 31 December 2018, as well as to maintain the permanent nature of the activities in the region. — Milestone III: this milestone covers a longer period, which will extend until 30 April 2019. — Milestone IV: the final milestone will run until the end of the project, i.e. 1 October 2019. During this period, all the permanent and committed activities will be completed. The proposal treats disadvantaged persons as a priority target group. Who are they really? According to the call for applications, persons with disabilities, persons over 50 years of age, adult living alone with one or more dependants, start-ups or young people under 25 years of age. He is also a member of the group, belonging to an ethnic minority, and who need to strengthen their professional, linguistic training or professional experience in order to improve their chances of getting into work in a secure workplace. A person who has not been in regular paid employment during the 6 months prior to his/her employment, who has a low level of education and who does not have a secondary education or vocational qualification (ISCED 3) should be treated as a disadvantaged person. This target group also includes a person who returns from childcare support, childcare allowance, child-raising allowance, care allowance, and a person working in a sector or profession with a 25 % greater gender imbalance than the average imbalance in all sectors of the economy. The priority target group of the scheme is the disadvantaged active population, the underage population, the elderly, the local public service and potential employees, as well as nationalities and ethnicities. Given that our settlements are also considered to be disadvantaged, it is not surprising that a significant proportion of the participants in the tender are persons who can be classified in one of the above mentioned types. Thus, their role and development are of paramount importance. On the individual eligible actions indicated in the call for proposals
