The leader of the consortium is the Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény. Total population of consortia: 35.921 people. The funding applied for: 500 000 000 HUF Project Planning: The members were guided by the intention to gain a situational picture through an overview of the human public services provided by the municipalities, on which they can plan service developments. Project preparation was based on community planning. The coordinating team defined the key points of the project and decided on the principles of source and indicator allocation. The working group formed with the involvement of institutions, non-governmental groups and interested local residents — the so-called Round Table — collected professional ideas, ideas and community programmes based on needs. Both forums were supported by external experts. Following the identification of the independently eligible activities described in the call during the project design phase, the collected proposals were included in the appropriate activity group. Each consortium member has chosen among the eligible activities taking into account local needs, opportunities and conditions. The municipalities took stock of their previous related applications (TOP, GINOP), building on synergy and avoiding double funding. The core activity of the NGO is cultural and health-preserving activities, contacts with the inhabitants of the Hajdúság region, towns and sister cities. The County Municipality’s choice of activities took into account regional considerations. Professional programme Hajdúböszörmény Self-eligible activities I. Implementation of incentive programmes aimed at alleviating skills shortages in human public services. Target group: the municipality employs 8 people, full-time, 24 months, as follows: 1 person as an employed nurse, 1 nurse for the Elders’ home, 1 family supporter, 1 case manager for the Family and Child Welfare Centreintern, 2 social care workers for the Social Service Centre, 1 lawyer for the human public service institutions in the Mayor’s office. 1 person is a social teacher at the Mayor’s Office. They will continue to be employed under 272/2014. (XI. 5.) on the basis of government decrees. In the preventive programmes launched to strengthen the preventive role of family and child welfare services, 600 people — children, young people and families — will be involved in a preventive programme designed according to age and type of problem, with a minimum of 4 to 4 occupations. Communication training, conflict management and anti-burnout training will be held for human public service workers, after the needs are assessed and defined, which will be available to all consortium members. II. Facilitate the preparation of disadvantaged groups for employability, participation in labour market instruments and their entry into the labour market. Target group: the assessment and training of 257 key competences for people of working age belonging to disadvantaged groups is carried out on the basis of an individual development plan. 287 people from disadvantaged working age are promoted to participate in active labour market instruments and mentoring 160 people. III. Strengthening the social organisation role of small local communities. Target group: the entire population living in the area of the given project is organising a Community programme on cultural topics, a festival of lifestyles related to carnival customs, the revival of pig-torn traditions, family and children’s day and the promotion of the health of the community. IV. Strengthening the retention capacity of the countryside and supporting related dissemination. Target group: the total population living in the field of the given project Providing assistance for the start-up of the business of those living in the local area, primarily those wishing to undertake business, by opening, operating and operating a Start Up information point on a permanent basis in Hajdúböszörmény, once a month in flow, in Görbeháza, Újszentmarghita and Újtikos. Organisation of business forums and briefings, in connection with which the development of a dedicated Facebook group on the Internet for those living in settlements and for those wishing to do business. Supporting the livelihoods of local people, promoting the production of local handicraft products, implementing the training of folk crafts (carving, carving, weaving, spinning, gastronomy) related to the operation of a handicraft Facebook page in the affected settlements.
