This project proposal is aimed at improving the working environment by ensuring good and safe working conditions for all employees of Panhim Ltd., improving the organisation of work and human resources management. The target group of the project is all 156 employees of the company, with special attention being paid to people over 54 years old. The following activities are envisaged to achieve the objectives: 1)Development of a program for optimisation of the management and development of human resources in the enterprise and introduction of an innovative model for work organisation aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection;2)Implementation of software covering the management and development of human resources in the company;3)Ensuring organised transport to and from the workplace for employees of Panhim Ltd. living outside the village of Hristani; (4)Provision of appropriate collective protective equipment to enhance the safety of workers and their health status;5)Provision of PPE and special workwear of company employees;6) Acquisition of a standard in occupational safety — OHSAS 18001:2007;7)Providing special benefits for workers — repair and equipment of recreation rooms;8) Provision of special benefits for workers — repair and equipment of sports premises and sports grounds;All activities are tailored to the needs of the target groups and will lead to results directly related to the achievement of the objectives set.
