This project is aimed at expanding the activity of Plasca EOOD and reducing the energy consumption of the production processes, by purchasing new equipment, which will increase the production capacity of the company and improve its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce highly efficient, energy-saving machines to expand the production of precision metal products (cylinder bushings for internal combustion engines and compressors; spare parts for mechanical engineering; spare parts for agricultural machinery; equipment and spare parts for the foundry industry; equipment and spare parts for the mining industry; decorative elements for household elements for yard doors, grilles, railings, etc.). The new machines will significantly reduce the deadlines for execution of orders due to significantly higher production performance. They will allow to produce more production in a shorter time and with lower energy consumption, reduce marriage, leading to an expansion of the production volume of the company’s main products. For the realisation of its plans, the company plans to replace the old energy inefficient equipment that Plasca uses with new high-tech and energy efficient equipment for the production of metal products. In particular, the company intends to purchase and put into operation the following high-tech equipment: — CNC vertical machine center — CNC lathe with milling functions — CNC lathe with milling functions — CNC lathe with milling functions — Machine center — The project also provides for the introduction of an ISO 50001 energy management system for more efficient management of energy flows in the enterprise.All measures planned for implementation of the project are the result of a targeted energy audit. In addition, the project provides mandatory visualisation and energy auditing activities.
