Plasca Ltd. was registered in 1994 and operates in the field of production of machine parts and spare parts. Machine parts are widely used in industry — both in specialised mechanical engineering and in almost all other industrial industries. The manufacturing process involves mechanical processing of metal with machine tools. Most of the products are requested by customers. This project proposal is aimed at improving the production activity by adding new equipment to the technology park of Plasca EOOD. In order to withstand competitive pressure and strengthen its position, the company must optimise its production and improve the quality and efficiency of the work in the various stages of production for mechanically processed components. This project provides for the purchase of a motorised measuring microscope (three-coordinate measuring machine) which will allow precise measurements at each stage of the production of metal parts, thus ensuring precise and timely quality control of the production produced. As a result, Plasca Ltd. will increase its productivity and optimise the production process, shorten the processing time of the details, reduce marriage and technological waste and reduce the cost of finished products. With the realisation of the project, Plaseca aims to strengthen its position on foreign markets by offering quality products at competitive prices.
