In Vilmány, two areas can be identified which, according to the HCSO, are clearly segregated, where the population with persistent exclusion and extreme poverty is highly concentrated in space: the proportion of people with no more than primary education and no regular work income in active age is 69.1 % in the larger area involved and the population in the area is 847. Members of the social group living here are likely to transfer their extremely unfavourable social situation to the next generation in terms of social, community, education, health, training and employment. Our strategy is to achieve the goal of developing and rehabilitating with partnerships between small communities and professional organisations, coordinated and accompanied by process support, in order to reduce social inequalities. The direct target group consists of disadvantaged persons aged 16 to 54 living in segregation (162 persons) and their families, for whom an individual development plan and a family development plan will be prepared during the project. The members of the indirect target group are those living in segregation for whom an individual development plan is not prepared during the project (685 people in total) and the other inhabitants of the settlement (1 348 people). Activities: Preparing target group members and the community for implementation. Ensure continuous social work based on presence, ensuring that the target group living on the site is prepared and involved in the implementation. Operation of the Star- “Cherhaj” service point to provide a place of presence-based social work in an easily accessible property for target groups. Preparation of the involvement of the target group, preparation of individual development plans and family development plans for participants aged 16-54 and their family members involved in the development of the project and living in disadvantaged segregation. Improve the availability of local human services and improve their coordination with confidence-building and strengthening activities aimed at the municipality as a whole, and develop cooperation with the local care system, in particular primary health, social and child welfare and specialised care. Implementation of social, community development, education, training, health and labour market services included in the KBT and individual development plans. Develop local human service capacities and strengthen cooperation between service providers with the involvement of consortia, cooperating partners and other local actors. Early childhood and out-of-school development and education in cooperation with local institutions; supporting the creation of the conditions for pre-school education for as many children as possible, as well as the organisation of child employment, development and education outside the school or educational institution, and the promotion of further education paths. Improving access to health services through the organisation of health screenings, enabling target group members to access screening tests in the framework of the health fund and specialised care. Adult education, adult education and vocational training for the active age population (16-54 years old) by implementing the following training courses: • Training in bricklays • 5th grade catch-up training • 6th grade catch-up training • Converging 7-8th grade Financial awareness — Family — household — farming • Digital literacy • Conflict management The proportion of persons participating in the training as a result of the programme reaches 75 % of the active age target group (162 people) involved, i.e. 122 people. As a result of the programme, the proportion of those who successfully completed the training reaches 60 % of the participants in the training, i.e. 73. The number of people receiving medical screening, specialised care and target groups under the programme reaches 30 % of the direct target members. The proportion of people in employment or other forms of income for at least 3 months of active age (16-54 years) included in the programme reaches a minimum of 15 % of the target group members involved, i.e. 25, until the completion of the project. The consortium implementing the project is led by the Municipality of Vilmány, and other members are the Directorate-General for Social Affairs and Child Protection and the Foundation for the Development of the Region. The activities planned in the project were carried out with the participation of the consortium partners and the cooperation partners and representatives of the target group to be involved in the project, through workshops using the methodology of community planning.
