The applicant for the grant, the leader of the consortium, is Somogy County Municipality, which is 21/2012. (IV. 16.) on the basis of Decree No 321 of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development, the county government with GFO code 321. The consortium partner is the Directorate-General for Social Affairs and Child Protection, which is a budgetary body capable of carrying out professional activities with GFO code 312. On the part of Somogy County Municipality, 1 main project manager and 1 financial manager will be accompanied by a commissioning relationship. They have experience as manager and financial manager in 1-year EU-funded projects, with a working time of 20 hours per week. Your CV is attached to the tender documentation. The search for the professional implementers necessary for the implementation of the project, i.e. the 2 staff members of the catching-up team, starts on receipt of the decision of the sponsor, by means of an advertisement. When selecting them, we will give priority to the following aspects: a higher education degree in human beings? Category B driver’s license? open, communicative personality? good problem-solving and problem-solving ability The employees of the Somogy County Municipality will be employees of the Somogy County Municipality on a 40-hour working schedule per week, and the employer will provide them with a separate office. Our consortium partner, the Directorate-General for Social Affairs and Child Protection, undertakes to employ 1 major instructor, selection started during the project planning, priority is to have a human tertiary degree, and we also employ 40 hours a week, and works in close cooperation with the 2 catching-up staff. For the effective implementation of the project, the 3 full-time professional implementers, the project manager and the financial manager will carry out their work on the part of Somogy County Government under the management and control of the regional development office manager. Another means of involving the target group is close cooperation with the professional implementers of the Somogy County Employment Pact project TOP-5.1.1-15-SO1-2016-00001. The employment development tender fits into the present tender scheme. Their activities complement each other, amplify their impact, and the projects are carried out in synergy. The delimitation with other projects in DG Social Affairs and Child Protection is described in detail in point 2.1 of the attached Professional Plan. The budget was designed for the realisation of the project, taking into account budgetary constraints, as a result of realistic planning and needs assessment. The assets to be procured, the cost of which are divided between the consortium partners, are essential for the work of the 2 catching-up staff and the instructor. The vast majority of activities are outsourced in their own performance, which cannot be included in the activities of the applicant organisations, taking into account the budgetary constraints.
