Development of a flexible medical response laboratory background

In the framework of the project to support MH’s disaster-medical response response capability, the MH EC set out the objective of establishing on-site inspection, background and laboratory confirmation and development of the sampling, sampling and communication capability of the medical intervention forces in the framework of the Human Resource Development Operational Programme (EFOP) under the EFOP 2.2.0-16 call, code EFOP-2.2.24 “For the establishment of a mobile and stationary laboratory supporting the background of a flexible health response laboratory”. The development of the laboratory and mobile capacity of the project is used to detect, identify and analyse public health, epidemiological and health hazards in order to protect the health of the intervention forces and the general public, and rely on the results of measurements to facilitate the treatment of medical treatment. With the development, the MH EK, including the MH, maintains its current health skills used in epidemiological contributions, expands their capacity, and is enriched with new on-site and mobile laboratory measurement and diagnostic capabilities, thus contributing to the development of the capabilities of the national disaster management system. During the development of a stationary laboratory supporting the health intervention capacity of MH EC, the aim of the project was to increase and develop the necessary health crisis response capacity and capacity in emergency response and disaster management situations. The project will develop a complex health crisis response capability to detect, identify and analyse public health, epidemiological, health risks and hazards. The activities of the project are built on each other and are able to effectively perform tasks in the event of a disaster. The procurement is carried out through an open procurement procedure with 4 notices and a public procurement procedure without a notice. The aid amount is HUF 3 MRD.
