The Municipality of Vilmány wishes to extend its integration programme started in its segregation with the help of this support. While the results achieved under EFOP-1.6.2 are reflected through the individual development of the target group members, EFOP-2.4.1 provides for the elimination of segregated life situations and the infrastructure conditions. To close the project, the applicant will be able to accommodate the poorest families in 7 modern apartments. A service house will be set up in the settlement which provides different services to people living in segregation and other residents of the settlement. The main quantifiable results of the project are: — 1 Pcs Housing Intervention Plan — 7 refurbished apartments — creation of 1 new service house — creation of 1 service point — Engagement of the target group members with 33 individual development plans in the project Problem definition: A significant part of the population of Vilmány village lives in the segregation of the village. The number of people living here is increasing every year, so it has become essential to stop the social disruption of the affected families. There is a high unemployment rate in the settlement, causing significant social tensions. There are several households in the action area where more families and generations live together. The unsanitary environment and bad community example do not allow those living there to recognise the shortcomings of their own lives and seek to start living in accordance with social standards (learning, work, etc.). Quantification of objectives: When planning the project, the Municipality of Vilmány assessed the housing conditions of people living in segregated areas, then, summarising the results, set the primary objective of the renovation of 8 apartments. In line with the EFOP-1.6.2 development, it provides modern, comfortable housing for 33 of the individuals affected by the individual development plan, in order to ensure the infrastructural conditions of social convergence started in a complex programme to eliminate segregated life situations. In order to create synergy, after the preparation of the Community Intervention Plan, he prepared the settlement’s Housing Intervention Plan. The two documents complement each other with a strategy for the development of segregates.
