Strengthening the role of public education in the institutions of the Sopron School District Centre

The project concerns the areas of Sopron, Kapvár and Csorna, primarily in the Sopron Centre. The project involves the professional development of institutions for children with severe and multiple disabilities. The overall objective of the project is to develop, develop, share and disseminate procedures, procedures and methodological aids that greatly contribute to inclusive, equitable quality education, education and the reduction of inequalities. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. support for the professional development of teachers performing individual and small group occupations and therapies within the framework of development education, training of teachers 2. increasing the number and quality of therapies in the field of developing school education 3. expansion and development of the equipment pool necessary for individual and small group development, therapies, operation of the travelling teacher network 4. disadvantage compensation for integrated children 5. strengthening the competences of families, supporting parents 6. promoting social acceptance, strengthening the conditions for integration 7. promoting the professional development of the institutions 8. the project contributes to the improvement of the quality of education and education through the further training and preparation of teachers and the development of content-methodological developments. The project contributes to improving the social inclusion of children and pupils with special educational needs and the quality of life of the families concerned. Activities implemented in the project: 1. Activity group A. Promoting professional renewal of institutions for children with severe and multiple disabilities Institutional knowledge sharing, support for the adaptation of good practices: Support for participation in specific courses: Other knowledge support activities (e.g.: workshop, training, mentoring, workshop...)? Supporting the preparation of specialists for the use of special tools? Purchase of information and communication equipment? Acquisition of development tools? Organisation and support of parent-help programs, information days? Organisation and conduct of sensitising programs? Dialogue with parents of children with special needs 3. The professional development of the traveling special education and trainer network is linked to the sub-objective A. The quality development of integrated forms of education, the promotion of social and educational inclusion Differentiated task bank preparation of Hungarian language and literature — development of literary reading: Maths — the development of the concept of numbers, the application of basic operations, interpretation and solution of textual tasks Natural Knowledge — promotion of natural science thinking Support for participation in specific courses and accredited further trainings of professionals Knowledge sharing, promotion of dissemination (organisation and implementation of professional workshops, workshops, strengthening of network cooperation, support for mentoring teachers) Organisation and conduct of parent-assistance programs, awareness-raising and sensitising trainings Number of teachers (principal): In the Ferenc EGYMI in Doborján, 27 and a half pedagogical teachers work, and there are 10 people directly assisting the teaching and teaching work. Special educators: Oligofrein educators, psiopedagogues, educators who are prevented from learning, stomatopedagogues, somatopoedagogues and speech therapists. At Sopron Kozmutza Flóra, 42 educators are employed. Special educators: oligofrene educators, educators prevented from learning, tiflopedagogues, somatopoedagogues, educators. At Arany János EGYMI, there are 31 teachers working in special pedagogical jobs, and their work is directly supported by 5 colleagues. Special educators: oligofrene educator, obstructed in learning. intellectually obstructed educators, sturdopedagogues, speech therapists, conductors. At the Tóth Antal EGYMI there are 40 educators working in special-educational duties, while seven staff directly support the pedagogical work. Special educators: oligofrene specialisation teachers, sturdlers, educators who are prevented from learning, psychopedagogues and speech therapists.
