The Mohács School District Centre, submitting the application for support, is submitting an application for the development of the following institutions: Himesház Primary School and Primary Art School OM: 200827 Mohácsi Kisfaludy Károly High School OM: 027401 Mohács Regional Primary School and its site (7700 Mohács, Brodarics tér 2.) OM: 101247 Ildikó Meixner Uniform Medical Paedagogical Methodology Institute, Nursery School, Primary School, Vocational School and College (primary school) OM: 038442 The priority of our institutions is to educate and prepare for life. The development of digital skills, which is reflected in the National Core Curriculum, is now an essential part of this. Digital literacy, the ability to manage and manage IT tools, which are increasingly around us, is now essential and necessary. This key competence is essential not only in the labour market but also in everyday life. In our institutions, ICT education is provided as part of an IT class, and in the spare capacity remaining after IT classes, other subjects are taught with ICT (computer), still only 20-25 % of digital teachings are carried out. One-third to half of our classrooms are equipped with interactive boards, but in the best evening this is enough to train and prepare users at the lowest level. Not to train and prepare the necessary staff for IT enterprises. Moreover, beyond the labour market, IT services are so deeply embedded in everyday life that without the right skills and knowledge, we cannot succeed even in everyday life. In addition to the current educational infrastructure, without further training of teachers, our institutions are unable to provide sufficient numbers and quality of people capable of supporting digital jobs, which is already a significant disadvantage in the current labour market, but by the time the current students enter the labour market, some of the professions that are now customary will disappear, machines and software replace a significant part of the simple professions, and most of the jobs on the demand side — which are not yet defined — will appear. Overall, similar to the national situation, the following problems and shortages in the institutions of the Mohács School District Centre induce the need for development: — Outdated tools — Lack of supporting electronic services and digital content — Lack of administrators and maintenance — Lack of teacher training for digital education. For these reasons, digital pedagogical methodologies are introduced in our institutions that develop the skills of our educators in a complex way in order to acquire the methods effectively, and the ICT and pedagogical instructor (support) tools that are essential for the application of methodologies will be developed. During the sample projects, 48 teachers are prepared, continuously supported and trained in the 4 selected institutions — in which there are primary schools, art schools, high schools and SNI schools — and a digital pedagogical assistant assists their work throughout the project. In the course of workshops and other forums, the teachers involved in the trainings share their knowledge with other teachers of the institutions and with the staff of the school district. With the introduction of digital methodological packages, 50 % of the students of the institutions involved in the project will learn in digital education. The experience gathered during the projects will also be used during the maintenance period, and the knowledge gained here will facilitate the implementation of modern pedagogical methods in other public education institutions.
