The project falls within the priorities for limiting and preventing undeclared employment (IPRD) and the informal economy supported by OPHRD, including through innovative approaches and measures implemented at national and local level. The results are in line with PO1,IP7,SO1 of OPHRD to increase the number of employees in enterprises with new systems, practices and tools for human resources development and improvement of the organisation and working conditions. The project is a joint action between the social partners AICB-leading organisation and the CITUB-partner, supported by the associated partners MLSP, GIT, AZ, BIA, BCCI and CARIB, in order to achieve better adaptation of enterprises and their workers, prevention and mitigation of the consequences of economic restructuring, especially with regard to new forms of employment and improving the situation of workers and the environment in companies.DDD deprives workers of their rights and has serious budgetary consequences, adversely affects employment, productivity, quality of work and efficiency of budgetary and pension systems. To solve these problems, the following main activities will be implemented:1. Conducting research, development of a methodology for RPIZ and a set of innovative tools and approaches for applying in advance, tested and refined models to combat ND2.Constructing an electronic platform at the National Center “Economics of Light”, migration of available data, preparation, testing and preparation for mass introduction of developed innovative tools, models and mechanisms for combating ND and for developing a sub-index for measurement of ND.3.Development of training programs, information materials and instructions for consulting and methodological materials for combating ND and for upgrading the activities of NC “Economics of Light”.Aprobating and verifying their practical applicability by training, informing and consulting representatives of the target groups — employees and employers.
