The project will help citizens and businesses to have an increased opportunity to participate in the work of state authorities and institutions and to influence decision-making, policy making and implementation, strategic documents, laws and other normative acts, in order to achieve maximum coherence and consensus between them and the state in the current field of society — energy efficiency. Energy efficiency at national, regional level and in the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Bulgaria is one of the last places in the European Union and in accordance with the strategy for the development of the Bulgarian economy needs significant improvement. The mechanisms for interaction of public authorities with civil society organisations in this area are not good enough in need of further development and activation. The state authorities and administrations most related to energy efficiency are: The Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Economy, the Agency for Sustainable Energy Development (SEDA), the regional administrations.Civil society and business in the field of energy efficiency is represented by numerous non-governmental and business organisations at national and regional level.Target groups: •State authorities and administrative structures of the executive and their structures in the field of energy efficiency; •Business and its structures by sectors of the economy and regions; • Non-governmental organisations related to energy efficiency, as well as their employees; •Socio-economic partners as well as their employees; • Publicity. Main emphasis is given to the interaction between administration and business organisations in order to achieve the main objectives of the procedure.
