The specific objective of the project proposal is to create specific environment, models and tools to increase the specific digital skills of the workforce in 16 economic activities/sub-activities under KID 2008. The specific objective will be achieved as a result of the implementation of a set of interlinked actions, which include researching digital skills needs by economic activities, development of digital skills profiles in key positions, testing of the current digital skills of the workforce through developed competence assessment tools and non-formal learning curricula for the development of specific digital skills. The curricula will be tested by at least 520 employees in the selected economic activities, adapted and recognised by stakeholders. The project will develop 16 methodological guidelines for maintaining and upgrading the digital skills of sector workers to provide continuous training in order to improve the professional realisation and professional training of the employees, by providing the specific digital skills necessary for the exercise of their position. A communication campaign will raise awareness among employers and employees of the need to develop digital skills. Models of social partnership and collective bargaining in enterprises, adequate to technological changes and digitalisation of work processes for active change management and ensuring successful adaptation of enterprises and employees to the changes will be developed and implemented in two economic activities under KID 2008. Cooperation between enterprises, social partners and educational institutions will be strengthened in order to provide education infrastructure, quality learning and learning outcomes that meet the requirements through the development of sectoral qualifications frameworks for the development of digital skills.
