The Open-Air Ethnography Museum (SZNM) is an institution at the service of society and its development. Its core task is to research folk architecture and housing culture and to collect its material and intellectual values in the Hungarian language area. Sennai Skanzen has been a member institution of the Institution since 30 December 2012. Knowledge transfer programmes play a key role in the museum’s medium-term strategy. Existing permanent and thematic museum pedagogical programmes encourage activity, use knowledge transfer methodology, fit into the curriculum, and transfer museum knowledge in a credible and experiential way. The direct aim of the project is to strengthen the existing educational and educational cooperation in Szennai Skanzen and to develop new cooperations, including disadvantaged settlements. Our aim is also to further develop the existing knowledge transfer programme package, to expand the offer of museums, to develop new programmes, to improve the basic cultural care and to increase the use of the collection for educational purposes and the role of the museum as a transferor of knowledge. In our 18-month project we carry out all mandatory and optional activities and meet the requirements of technical, professional content and implementation. In the framework of a preliminary needs assessment, we assessed the activities supporting and enriching the pedagogical programmes of 8 less developed educational institutions in the region, on the basis of which we designed the workshops and prepared the Professional Plan. We have concluded a cooperation agreement with the relevant institutions for a period until the end of the maintenance period. In this we present the range of cultural activities outside the classroom and kindergarten occupation supporting the implementation of the pre-school education or school pedagogical programme, enriching our offer. Within the framework of a cooperation agreement, we implement at least one form of employment every 6 months. Our cooperating partners include 2 kindergartens, 6 institutions located in other places. We organise and implement activities that enrich the activities of the kindergarten education and school pedagogical programmes of educational institutions. The selected Weekly specialisations, series of sessions, workshops, clubs, theme day, Camp and Cultural lesson are ideal for both co-operative public education institutions and our museum. Weekly specialisation: 1 theme, 1 series, 8 session series: 1 theme, 2 series, 2×6=12 participants Workshop and club activities: 1 theme, 2 series, 2×8=16 participants’ theme days: 3 themes, 6+ 1+ 2=9 series, 6×15+ 3×20=150 participants Camp: 2 themes, 1+ 1=2 series, 2×20=40 participants Cultural lesson: 2 themes, 6+ 2=8 series, 6×20+ 2×20=160 participants These are partly the creation of a new activity and partly the renewal of existing activities. We will take into account the results of the EFOP-3.3.3 project and we will make use of your experience as far as possible. As part of the public information activity, we implement the communication package set out in the “KTK2020” document, which includes the development of the information subpage related to the project developed on our operational website, the preparation and placement of a “C” and then “D” type board with the start and conclusion of the project. We prepare photo documentation suitable for communication, send a press release about the closing of the project and collect press releases and upload the TÉRKÉPTÉR interface with the content related to the project. We're following the mandatory standards of image. We meet the expectations of mainstreaming the horizontal aspects. We provide 1 project manager with more than 2 years of experience employed by our institution and 1 financial manager with a professional degree and 2 years of financial experience in our institution, as well as 1 professional manager for the entire duration of the project. During the implementation of the project, the topics will be completed, and then we will acquire the necessary tools for the occupations. We produce paper-based and online employing materials and demonstration tools. We are also linked to the priority project EFOP-3.3.3-VEKOP/16 with quality assurance development and assessment of the activities. In addition to the professional implementations of the programmes, museologists, museum educators, museum teachers and knowledge transferrs with museum and museum public culture experience, external professional managers transfer special knowledge and apply a special methodology. During the sessions we ensure the access of children and students to the workplace, we offer occupational materials and educational aids. We provide accommodation and meals for the camps. We're remunerating accompanying teachers for their work. During the 5-year maintenance period of the project, we implement at least one form of employment per cooperating institution per year...
