The Institution Development Plan should serve the implementation of higher education policy, and our proposal aims to implement this task in the field of dual — cooperative training. The University builds and develops its future activities under the password “INNOVATIVE Knowledge City”. Using the new space provided by the dynamic city and region as a modern, multi-armed university, we strive for excellence in the fields of education — research — social engagement. Our priority educational development and third mission tasks are: DIVERSE, MARKETABLE TRAINING OFFER; INTERDISCIPLINARY AND UNICULTURAL TRAINING; MODEL MODELS IN OUR DUAL TRAININGS; OPERATION OF COOPERATIVE PRACTICAL TRANSPORTCENTRUMOS AND EXTERNAL DEPARTMENTS; USE OF ICT-BASED EDUCATIONS; MODERNISATION OF TRAINING ORGANISATION WORK; REDUCING STUDENT DROP-OUT; REGIONAL SPIRITUAL BASE — RADIATION AND RETENTION POWER; STIMULATE SOCIAL INNOVATIONS. Main objective of the project: Strengthening the social — economic engagement of the University of Miskolc, expanding the range of dual and cooperative courses, improving competence-based quality in order to increase practice orientation, deepening cooperation with economic operators, and promoting stronger integration of higher education and economic organizational cooperation. We want to present the results of our developments in specific reference models and widely disseminate them as “good practice”. The ÉM Informatics Dual Training Center (ÉM Info Cluster) is a strategic partner in this development. Our joint development can also be used as a model model for the integration of SMEs into dual training. Milestones: C1. Complex development of ME’s dual and cooperative trainings, deepening and differentiating the matching of trainings with the needs of the labour market. C2 Improve the depth and quality of cooperation with economic and institutional organisations involved in dual and cooperative training. C3. Strengthen the participation of practitioners and establish a methodological basis in our dual and cooperative trainings. C4. Deepening the social inclusion of dual training. The achievement of the objectives will be implemented in 4 sub-projects: A. Training development sub-project; B. Development of cooperation with economic and institutional organisations; C. Training of trainers sub-project; D. Development of support systems sub-project. OUR PLANNED NEW DUAL AND COOPERATIVE TRAININGS: MFK (master in Earth Science and Hydrogeology Engineering); MAK (Master of Materials and Metallurgy); GÉIK (Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Engineering, Master of Electrical Engineering; mechatronics maintenance engineer in mechanical engineering; technical training in tyre manufacturing); GTK (marketing, supply-chain management, accounting, business development, management and organisation); Btk in basic social work; social management degree); EC (medical laboratory and imaging diagnostic analytics courses); GJK (National and Ethical Minority Protection Adviser; children’s Rights and Youth Welfare Consultant) The focus areas of the development are our master’s and new social work basics, but in the framework of the project we would like to accommodate our vocational trainings in the field of practice, by increasing the cooperative content. The present project is an integral part of the main Hungarian strategies in the field of education: Degree Change in Higher Education — Strategies for the Development of Performance Higher Education, National Development 2030 — National Development and Regional Development Concept, the National Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3), the strategy on school leaving without graduates, the Lifelong Learning Strategy, it is in line with the National Sustainable Development Framework Strategy, the Széll Kálmán Plan and the New Széchenyi Plan. The activities carried out under the project are Grade Variable in Higher Education — The guidelines for the development of performance higher education are integral to and comply with the strategy. Based on this strategy, the present project aims at increasing access to higher education and achieving a training structure relevant to the labour market through a complex programme. The Facility directly contributes to the achievement of the higher education strategy’s objective of increasing the interoperability of higher education training outputs and its actions, through the launch of dual courses, the profiling of vocational education and training courses under the higher education system, the launch of short-cycle and tertiary upskilling and retraining programmes under the higher education system. In line with the “Scale change” strategy, our dual education target is to achieve an 8 % student share by 2020.
